Mt. Chestnut Nazarene Center serves as the District Center for the Pittsburgh District Church of the Nazarene. Located at 177 North Road, Butler, PA, our 80 acres exist to serve the ministerial needs of our District family. We are proud to partner with many believers in Jesus Christ outside our denomination, providing for their ministry needs. Part of our property has been subdivided for residents 55 and older as our Nazarene Retirement Village. This community, of mostly retirees, owns their home and leases the land from the District.
On the grounds, you may also find our sand volleyball, gaga pit, picnic pavilion, above ground pool, waterslide, a pond for fishing or enjoying, playground, swings, and an obstacle course.
